E-Export API Integration

Horoz E-Export Integration Webservice is an integration that enables the creation of orders and the preparation of the necessary export operations for these orders with notifications made to Horoz Logistics via the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Webservice based on the order orders received from abroad for the products produced or sold by Horoz Logistics' contracted vendors or contracted third party export company provider integrator platforms.

Security and User Authentication

Within the scope of the Horoz E-Export integration, a web service has been prepared in the RESTful model in order to transfer E-Export road and/or airway order data to the Horoz Logistics system and to enable the client to create the relevant orders from the Horoz Logistics system or to receive the data related to the orders after creating the orders. Information about the Horoz E-Export Integration Webservice and the use of this webservice and security regulations are shared with the clients as items below.

  • In order to access the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Webservice, the static IP address information of the clients requesting access to the service must be authorized by Horoz Logistics.

  • For all clients that will be included in the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration system, Horoz Logistics defines a user account for the Horoz Logistics Web Portal, a customer representative in the Horoz Logistics E-Export Department and a process key processKey within the integration, based on the business contract to be concluded by Horoz Logistics.

  • Within the scope of the Horoz Logistics E-Export operation, customers and/or third-party marketplace platforms where customers sell can use the Horoz Web Portal to enter orders, define products and track orders. Those of these clients who have the ability to establish inter-system integration or who want third party marketplaces to integrate with their data using the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Webservice must use the processKey information or share it with the third party marketplace that will use it.

  • In Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Webservice, road shipments have 2 different types: Macro and Micro export types. This information is expected to be passed as information to the road order creation method at the order creation stage in the road order integration. Determining the export type as Macro or Micro at the order creation stage is subject to some rules. If the invoice value of the order is equal to or less than 15.000 € and the order weight is equal to or less than 300 kg order total weight, the export type of the order must be passed as Micro. Otherwise, the export type of the order is expected to be Macro.

  • Clients are expected to send the following documents, which are required for Horoz Logistics E-Export integration and depend on the export type, to the Horoz Logistics system at the order completion stage before order shipment.

  • Within the scope of Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration, a separate FTP field has been created for sending the documents whose information is shared in the table above. Before the order is sent to the Horoz Logistics system, the mandatory documents from the above documents will be received into the system according to the export type of the relevant order, and their presence in the FTP field for the relevant order will be checked during the order information transmission phase. For missing documents, the order registration process will not be realized and a warning message will be given about the deficiency. For cases that are technically sufficient but will be sufficient in terms of content, or to cancel an order that has been successful and the process has started, the customer's export unit must contact the customer representative.

  • Orders must be created according to the buyer information. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the product and buyer information of the order and the documents uploaded.

  • In Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration, there is no structure that combines records that go to the same buyer but are created as separate orders by the seller into a single order.__

  • Since the product size information in the order affects the pricing, it will be measured by the transporters and processed on the order records in order to make the correct pricing.

  • During the transportation of orders; the seller may choose to pick up the products from the address or take them to the product collection area himself. In the event that the products within the order need to be picked up from the address, if the product is under 30 kg, the transportation between Horoz Logistics and Domestic Cargo In accordance with the contract, the product must be delivered by the seller to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the representation document prepared for Yurtiçi Kargo.

  • For products over 30 kg, Horoz Logistics is responsible for intermediate transportation.

  • In cases where the seller will bring the products within the order for the relevant order; the products are expected to be brought to the Horoz Lojistik product collection points by the seller. In this case, no transportation cost is incurred.

  • The export type, destination countries, buyer type, desi and kg information of the road order has a price algorithm calculated according to whichever is greater. Within this pricing, there are additional costs arising from various conditions. The additional cost situation is an issue that should be informed by contacting the customer representative of the relevant unit.

  • In order for clients to access the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Webservice, the system unit of Horoz Logistics, the service provider party, must allow the IP addresses of the relevant client.

  • In the web service methods in the Horoz Lojistik E-Export Integration Webservice, client authentication and recognition is provided by passing the processKey value expected as the header parameter of each web service method to the web service method. This processKey information will be shared with the client side by Horoz Logistics.

  • In order for the client, which will be integrated into Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration for the first time, to obtain this information, the client must contact the customer representative on the Horoz Logistics side, fulfill the necessary agreement procedures, the current cards of the client must be created in the Horoz Logistics system by the Horoz Logistics customer representatives and the company code and company title information of this current card must be shared with the Horoz integration unit. These processes can be carried out through the Horoz Logistics customer representative of the relevant client and the integration process can be started.

  • Clients who want to be integrated into the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration, after their current cards are activated in the Horoz Logistics system, can send their IP address information or IP address ranges information to entegrasyon@horoz.com.tr by making it ready in the table in the format shared below (Horoz Logistics Domestic Distribution Integration Request Form), provided that it is static.

In the process of integrating into the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Webservice, it is possible that clients who are not IP authorized in the Horoz Logistics system or IP authorized but not authorized to the port information of the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Webservice on the client side may receive a Connection reset by peer error when trying to access one of the methods within the web service. In order to resolve this error and start the tests, the following steps must be followed.

  • Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration The client who will send data to the web service can learn the IP address of the server by logging in to https://whatismyipaddress.com/tr/ip-im. Subsequently, the IP address of the relevant server must be shared with Horoz Logistics and the IP address must be whitelisted by Horoz Logistics.

  • If there are IP and/or port restrictions on the client side to access the server where the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Web service is located, the IP and/or port information of the server where the Horoz Logistics E-Export Integration Web service is located must be authorized on the client side to remove these restrictions.
